Prior to joining Eden, Alp worked at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director and has over 10 years of strategic advisory, M&A and private placement experience. He held a variety of positions at Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division and Strategy & Execution Group in New York and London.

Prior to joining Eden, Chris Casella was a Manager with EisnerAmper in the Financial Services practice and has over 10 years of accounting and advisory experience serving a wide array of clients, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and broker/dealers. Christopher is a CPA in New York and a member of the AICPA.

Prior to joining Eden, Murat interned with Julius Baer (private banking), Colle Capital (venture capital), and Teklas (private equity), while completing his undergraduate degree in three years.

Prior to joining Eden, Nick was an investment banking analyst in Credit Suisse’s Equity Capital Markets group in New York City, raising private and public capital for companies across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Eden, Tom was a managing director in the Private Capital and Family Office Investment Banking group at Bank of America Securities, where he managed relationships and deal activity with family investment firms, closely held companies, and select financial sponsors. Tom brings to Eden over 18 years of strategic advisory, capital raising, and lending experience. He started his finance career in the Financial Sponsors Group at Merrill Lynch in New York. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Tom was a public policy analyst in regional economic development and urban planning.

Prior to joining Eden, Arjun was a Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s Technology Investment Banking group where he originated and executed M&A and equity and debt financing transactions for software companies.

He started his career in Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Debt Capital Markets Group.

Prior to joining Eden, Austin was an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on raising private capital for venture backed businesses, and M&A across Technology, Industrials, and Consumer Goods.

In 2013, Aviram founded Wishtree Capital Advisors, an Israel-based advisory firm focused on cross border private financing transactions.

Prior to founding Wishtree Capital, Aviram was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and earlier in his career a Managing Director at Clal Finance, one of Israel’s largest financial institutions, where he headed the international investment banking arm of the group.

Prior to joining Eden, Ross was an Investment Banking Analyst on Truist Securities’ Industrials & Services team where he focused on M&A as well as debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Eden, Brandon worked in startup product and operations at Stripe, and before that, worked at Facebook, leading the revenue forecasting team for the core Facebook app.

Brandon started his career in Equity Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley in Palo Alto, helping with advisory and execution of IPO, follow-on equity, and private placement transactions for technology companies globally.

Before joining Eden, Reuben was a Partner and General Counsel at Owl Creek Asset Management, where he oversaw all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions for the firm.

Prior to joining Owl Creek, Reuben was Special Counsel and Associate at Baker Botts LLP, and earlier in his career, served as a Vice-President and Counsel at Oppenheimer Asset Management. Reuben began his career as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.

Prior to joining Eden, Josh was an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company in the Global Energy Group, where he focused on M&A and strategic advisory for companies across the energy sector.

Prior to joining Eden, Francesca worked at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Consumer & Retail Investment Banking groups, where she led advisory and execution of M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and private placement transactions. She started her career at a NYC-based technology start-up and in financial services consulting at PwC.

Prior to joining Eden, Michele was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where she worked in the Private Capital Group covering long-term oriented private pools of capital within Investment Banking. She primarily focused on private placements and minority stake sales.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Michele was an entrepreneur and small business owner.

Prior to joining Eden, Kevin was the Chief Compliance Officer at Aegis Capital Corp. guiding the firm’s broker dealer, investment advisor and investment banking business lines including capital markets financing, public equity transactions and private equity capital raise efforts. In this role he oversaw all policy, regulatory and compliance aspects of the firm.

Prior to joining Eden, Michele was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where she worked in the Private Capital Group covering long-term oriented private pools of capital within Investment Banking. She primarily focused on private placements and minority stake sales.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Michele was an entrepreneur and small business owner.

Prior to joining Eden, Alberto was Vice Chairman for the Americas, Global Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup.  Alberto brings to Eden over three decades of M&A advisory, capital raising and operational experience.  Alberto has advised on more than $250 billion of M&A volume across sectors and geographies, and raised significant capital for clients in the public and private markets.

Before joining Citigroup, Alberto spent 10 years at J.P. Morgan in the firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He is an investor and a Board Advisor at MegaFlux.

Prior to joining Eden, James was an Investment Banking Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global Power, Utilities, and Renewables Group, where he focused on M&A and private capital raises for companies developing and operating power generation assets.

Prior to joining Eden, Ryan was a Vice President in Bank of America’s Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking group, where he executed and advised on a wide variety of transactions for clients across industries. He started his career within the energy sector as an engineer at Schlumberger. Ryan is a CFA charterholder.
